Grow your skills as an Analyst and join our new and exciting Analytics Rotational Program. You'll dive deep into our world of comprehensive data, uncover important insights, and fuel smart, data-driven decisions that will shape the future of our business. In this two-year program, you'll rotate to a new team after you complete your first year and have the unique opportunity to explore various facets of our business and elevate your analytical skills.


What you'll do as an Analyst I

• Transform large volumes of data into actionable business insights to fuel our growth in a fast-paced environment.
• Distill complex concepts down to simple frameworks.
• Design and run experiments to further our learning agenda.
• Optimize acquisition spending and marketing strategies to support growth.
• Identify ways to improve customer gameplay through on-site changes.
• Measure how new features or site changes contribute to shifts in customer behavior.
• Develop, systematize, and share standard reporting for key business results.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Experience with SQL, SAS, Matlab, Python, R, or other programming languages.
• Knowledge of statistics and hypothesis testing is required, with model-building experience being a strong plus.
• Experience presenting complicated data views to cross-functional audiences and senior leadership.
• Demonstrated a history of developing new insights from data.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $62,400-$78,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
