HotelPro is looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Bilingual Immigration Paralegal Assistant to work in-office in Atlanta, GA 30339.

As a Bilingual Immigration Paralegal Assistant , you will scout, attract, and develop talent to fulfill our workforce needs across various locations. You will also manage key immigration processes, including EB3 and other visa programs, ensuring compliance and a seamless experience for candidates and stakeholders while also managing essential administrative and operational tasks.

What You Will Do...

• Lead and manage EB3 recruitment activities, including proactive outreach, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
• Develop innovative recruitment and retention strategies to strengthen our talent pipeline.
• Maintain accurate documentation for employment agreements and PERM tracking.
• Manage social media platforms to highlight recruitment successes and engage with candidates.
• Oversee immigration programs, including EB3 and H2B visa processes, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Assist candidates through visa processes by clarifying documentation and providing guidance as well as providing updates on their process.
• Collaborate with legal representatives and external partners to address SLA issues and mitigate risks.
• Conduct audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with immigration requirements.
• Partner with internal teams such as HR, payroll, and operations to ensure smooth integration for new team members.
• Provide ongoing support to team members throughout their assignments.
• Use analytics to create reports and provide recommendations for improving immigration and mobility policies.

What Can You Bring...

• +2 years of experience in recruitment and immigration and mobility processes.
• Fully bilingual - English/Spanish.
• Experience with EB3 and H2B visa processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Organizational skills and detail oriented.
• Creativity to create content for recruitment activities.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to travel to different states occasionally.
