We are seeking a Bilingual Call Center Representative fluent in Spanish and English to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, providing exceptional customer service in both languages and resolving inquiries effectively.

**Qualifications:**
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Spanish.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional phone manner.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

**Responsibilities:**
- Answering incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries professionally.
- Making outbound calls to follow up on requests or resolve issues.
- Providing information about products or services, and promoting new offerings.
- Accurately documenting all customer interactions in the system.
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Meeting or exceeding performance goals for call volume, customer satisfaction, and resolution time.
