We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead and deliver interior Tenant Improvement projects within the healthcare sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized, hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values exceptional customer service.

What You’ll Do

• Lead & Grow: Oversee the projects and collaborate with leadership to expand capabilities and resources.
• Manage Projects: Handle all aspects of casework, and interior renovation projects from start to finish.
• Drive Success: Ensure projects meet milestones, budgets, and quality standards while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Mentor & Collaborate: Guide junior staff and foster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Problem-Solve: Quickly resolve issues, mitigate risks, and keep projects on track.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years in construction, commercial interior, or project management (healthcare experience a plus).
• Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and MS Project; comfortable adopting new technology.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams and drive results.
• Education: College degree preferred.
