Job Description:

We are searching for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Entry Level Event Assistant in the Marketing and Advertising industry. In this role, you will have the opportunity to assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of various marketing and advertising events.

Pay Range:

$1100 - $1350 weekly

Responsibilities include:

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing and advertising events
• Conduct research on potential event venues and vendors
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Manage event registrations and attendee database
• Assist in the development and distribution of event promotional materials
• Assist in post-event evaluation and reporting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
