Our client, a leader in the energy sector, is seeking an Environmental Justice Project Manager to join their team.

As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Energy and Climate Equity Department supporting the Regional Clean Energy Hubs and Disadvantaged Community Services Stakeholder Pool. 

Job Title: Environmental Justice Project Manager

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $35-$40/HR

What's the Job?

• Develop and maintain working relationships with key environmental justice stakeholders and program teams.
• Organize and co-facilitate initiative-related webinars, meetings, and working groups.
• Assist with project contracting and close-out processes, providing support with workflow management.
• Participate in internal team meetings and relevant community stakeholder meetings for collaboration.
• Support Project Managers with ad-hoc requests to advance clean energy initiatives.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience in clean energy and community planning, or comparable work experience.
• Solid research and critical thinking skills related to clean energy policy and environmental justice.
• Basic knowledge of community needs assessment and barriers to clean energy access.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Strong writing skills to synthesize technical information for diverse audiences.
