Job Description
Tundra Site Services is looking for Equipment Operators, in driving distance to Edmonton, who might be interested in servicing occasional fly-in requirements at our Client’s mining operations during 2024/2025.
Equipment Operators will be responsible for the operation of various types of trucks and their specific duties include:
Fuel Truck: Servicing gensets, stationary and mobile equipment.
Water Truck: Maintaining fresh water supply to the treatment plant, site-wide auxiliary buildings, underground portals, and controlling dust on roads and airstrip.
Septic Vac Truck : Performing septic tank pumping, cleaning, and maintenance services in accordance with company standards and regulatory compliance.
Roll-On Roll-Off Waste Bin Truck: Ensuring all containers are completely dumped and the location is left clean and free of debris. Positioning containers in a manner that ensures lids are properly replaced, containers are set in an upright position, and containers do not block entrances or traffic.
The Operator will ensure the safe and efficient operation of trucks, perform routine checks and maintenance, comply with all safety regulations and procedures and will maintain a clean and safe vehicle.
