Impact Church is young, vibrant, and mission-driven: up for whatever God is doing next. Our heartbeat is simple: Encountering God. Empowering People. Impacting Lives. If you’re craving to join a prophetic, entrepreneurial church culture where excellence meets authenticity, you’ve found your place. This opportunity is available through One39.co and is open to US citizens. The Role & Why It Matters As our Executive Director of Operations, you will be the engine behind our momentuum, ensuring that our vision is not only heard on Sunday, but lived out in every ministry, system and operation Monday through Saturday. You’ll partner with our senior leadership to drive operations strategy, lead key church administration functions, and create an environment where people are free to thrive, serve, and multiply. Your leadership will help us scale intelligently, safeguard our structure, and accelerate our impact across Boston and beyond. What You’ll Do Oversee key operational areas: finance, human resources, legal, facilities, security, technology & events. Lead and develop staff and ministry teams including volunteer coordination: recruitment, training, performance, culture-setting. Collaborate with senior pastor and leadership team to set and implement strategic goals aligned to our mission. Ensure systems, policies and practices run smoothly, responsibly and at high standard of excellence — providing the infrastructure so ministry can flow. Serve as a trusted leader and partner, contributing to board/elder conversations and helping shape our future. Engage in the outward face of the church: community partnerships, outreach initiatives, representing Impact in public settings. What You Bring Three years experience leading a large religious organization as a Chief Operations Director or Operations Manager. A deep, vibrant relationship with Jesus: you walk in the Spirit, believe in prophetic possibility, and lead from your identity not just your position. A strategic operational mind : you can translate vision into action, build systems, lead through ambiguity, and execute with excellence. Strong leadership & relational skills: you draw people, develop teams, steward culture, communicate clearly across diverse groups. A passion for growth: you are energized by fast-growing environments, you’re resilient, flexible, creative, and you get stuff done. Alignment with our DNA: hunger for God, honor people, health in every dimension, serving posture, relentless excellence, discipleship-first, fun is serious business. We value relationships internally and externally. We have church on Sundays and live life togther thoughout the week. Church Management Software experience (ChMS) Why You’ll Love It Here Be part of a church that’s not content with status quo — we’re believing for more, pushing into new chapters, and you’ll be a key influencer in that. A youthful, modern culture where creativity and prophetic vision matter as much as structure and stewardship. The opportunity to lead at a high level in a 2,000-person church — big enough to make a significant impact, yet agile enough to move quickly. A mission-driven community in Boston one of the world’s most dynamic cities with all the cultural, historic and missional opportunities that brings. A place where your leadership doesn’t just maintain systems, it helps unleash next-gen ministry, multiplication and legacy. If you are a visionary, operational leader who loves God, values people, and thrives in a fast-moving, dynamic church environment — let’s talk. Together we’ll build infrastructure that unleashes ministry, community that changes lives, and a future that honors Jesus in Boston and beyond. We can’t wait to see what God will do through you.
