HEAD OF PERFORMANCE MARKETING

What experience should you have:

  • 12+ years experience in digital marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a professional services organization.
  • Proven track record in managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels (e.g., PPC, SEO, eMail, social media, Programmatic advertising).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other relevant platforms.
  • Media buying platform experience - ideally Google Marketing Suite - DV360, SA360, CM360.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts, best practices, and the latest trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

What you'll be doing in this role:

  • Lead and oversee the Performance Marketing team, ensuring the successful planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions for our clients.
  • Deliver operational excellence through managing and effectively balancing business demand, forecasts, hiring, and skill alignment.
  • Manage and effectively balance demand / forecasts / hiring around staffing, retention, engagement, and skill alignment
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, leveraging them to keep our services innovative and effective.
  • Establish clear service and solution offerings.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g. Sales, Client Services) to scope work, pitch, and close deals with clients.
  • Engage and promote company in external communities through writing, speaking, conference attendance and networking.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth that leads to high engagement and retention.
