Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR/Training Manager to lead our Human Resources and Training Department. This role is pivotal in ensuring our workforce is developed and empowered, and that our organization adheres to best HR practices. The HR/Training Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, as well as developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Leadership:
- Manage all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

2. Talent Acquisition:
- Lead the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection, ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent.
- Develop effective talent acquisition strategies and oversee a team of recruiters.

3. Training and Development :
- Create and implement training programs that address the organization's needs and help employees acquire new skills.
- Assess training needs, evaluate training effectiveness, and adapt programs as necessary.

4. Performance Management :
- Design and manage performance appraisal processes, providing guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement.
- Develop and maintain systems for setting performance goals and tracking progress.

5. Employee Relations:
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, to maintain a harmonious workplace.
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to boost morale and productivity.

6. Compliance and Legal Affairs:
- Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, ensuring the company's HR practices are in compliance.
- Manage any legal issues related to HR and training.

7. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize HR software to collect and analyze data, generate reports on HR metrics, and provide insights for data-driven decision-making.
- Use data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies accordingly.

8. Budget Management:
- Manage the HR and training budget effectively, allocating resources for various HR and training programs.
- Ensure cost-effectiveness while delivering quality services.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
- Proven experience in HR management, training and development, and employee relations.
- Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Data-driven and analytical mindset.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
