Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and guidance on immigration matters.
• Prepare and review immigration forms, petitions, and supporting documents.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in immigration laws and regulations.
• Represent clients in immigration court proceedings.
• Communicate and collaborate with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission and good standing with the state bar
• Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing immigration law
• In-depth knowledge of immigration laws and regulations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Engaging and client-focused approach
