Better Trucks Inc. is a last-mile parcel delivery company delivering packages across the country. We are seeking delivery drivers for our residential delivery team.

You get to enjoy the flexibility and luxury of delivering packages using your own vehicle, as a Better Trucks  SHIFT Driver.

We are always seeking additional delivery partners! The delivery drivers will be responsible for making small package deliveries to homes, apartments, and businesses in the Columbus metro area(s).

This is one of the most important positions in our company...and we treat you that way!

• Route blocks are quoted appropriately by route length, and with a predetermined finish time
• You will be paid a flat rate for the route
• All packages must be attempted
• Payments are issued the same day for your route completions
• Failed package deliveries must be returned to the station before executing the payment
• Get paid the same flat rate, even if you finish early
• Payment is done through direct deposit only
• Larger vehicles are highly desired (but not required)
• W 9 Required at the time of onboarding

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum age of 21
• Must have a working and reliable vehicle
• Must have a valid Driver's License
• Must have valid vehicle insurance
• Must have an Android Smartphone
• Must have a smartphone charger
• Must undergo a background check
• Must be able to operate a Smartphone/GPS device with a scanner
• Must treat everyone with respect
• Must treat packages with care
• Must be able to lift 50lbs

Hub information:

• Metro/City:  Columbus, OH
• Hub Pick-up location: Williams Rd, Columbus, OH 43207(full address given at a later time)
• Hub arrival / wave-time: Generally, 10:00 AM , or while routes remain at the hub.
• Delivery days:  Tuesday - Saturday
