Luxury Fashion Client Advisor

Location: Los Angeles preferred (remote/hybrid with local presence)

Compensation: $65,000–$80,000 base salary + uncapped commission

On-Target Earnings: $100,000+

About the Role

We are a Los Angeles–based, high-end archival and vintage fashion business seeking an experienced Client Advisor to drive revenue through thoughtful, relationship-led sales. This role is designed for a seasoned luxury professional who understands discretion, long-term client cultivation, and selling at a high price point without compromising brand integrity.

This is not a volume or transactional sales role. It is a relationship-driven position for someone who values trust, taste, and long-term client relationships.

The ideal candidate is already operating within the luxury ecosystem (such as a stylist, personal shopper, or senior luxury sales associate) and brings an existing book of clients and strong industry relationships aligned with our product, clientele, and price point. This person will also inherit select existing clients and manage qualified inbound inquiries.

This role offers meaningful autonomy, direct ownership of client relationships, and the opportunity to grow alongside a scaling business.

What You’ll Do

  • Own client relationships end-to-end, from initial inquiry through close and post-sale follow-up
  • Sell high-AOV luxury, archival, vintage designer pieces with confidence and discretion
  • Deliver a highly personalized client experience while consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Activate and grow your existing client book in alignment with brand positioning and pricing integrity
  • Manage qualified inbound leads and inherited VIP clients with consistency, care, and professionalism
  • Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities, including:
  • Private fittings and in-home appointments
  • Trunk shows and private shopping events
  • Strategic partnerships with stylists, collectors, and aligned businesses
  • Navigate longer sales cycles with patience, persistence, and sound judgment
  • Maintain clear boundaries around pulls, holds, pricing, and exceptions
  • Track and manage your sales pipeline and CRM with discipline and accuracy
  • Capture and maintain detailed client data to support long-term relationship development and future opportunities
  • Act as a brand ambassador, consistently conveying and upholding the company’s philosophy, values, and standards
  • Provide exceptional client service supported by strong product knowledge and genuine passion for the archive
  • Meet or exceed individual, category, and overall sales goals
  • Remain informed on company updates, product releases, and relevant competitive landscape
  • Execute initiatives and projects with professionalism
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and operational standards
  • Represent the brand with polish and professionalism, maintaining appropriate dress, grooming, and presentation standards
  • Be available for weekend appointments and key client moments as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven luxury sales professional with an existing client book and/or strong personal network aligned with our offering
  • Background as a stylist, personal shopper, or senior luxury sales associate strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to sell high-value items through relationship-based selling
  • Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, high-touch environment
  • Comfort with long sales cycles, quiet periods, and patient follow-up
  • Strong taste level and emotional intelligence
  • Self-directed, organized, and accountable with sound independent judgment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to say no gracefully while preserving client trust and relationships
  • Sales mindset with interest in growing alongside the business
