Marketing Assistant

We are a growing energetic and creative sales and marketing company locally. Our passion is in organic growth and entry-level training opportunities. We are able to take each and every person's cycle of development and coaching tailored to their learning curve. No experience? No problem! Everyone receives training.

As the full-time Marketing Assistant, The main priority is to assist the campaign managers to facilitate the marketing collateral for our clients and partnerships. Marketing, in our eyes, is about understanding people. It’s about building awareness on how our products and services can better their life. Giving our consumers the best communication methods they can get with our services is the priority of what we do here.

Main Objectives:

 

• Create ongoing business relationships with our customers to build trust and transparency.
• Express a friendly and upbeat attitude
• Participation in role-play situations, product expertise, and psychology of customer service behavior training
• Establishing, positioning, and identifying our target audience through leads provided by the customer service support center.
• Learn training techniques to make promotional advertising more seamless for fellow Associates.
• Participate in daily meetings to review the company’s standards and targeted goals
• Express involvement in campaign meetings and help contribute new ideas for the target audience we market to.

Skills and Qualifications:

 

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management, or business-related field

• Willingness and ability to travel with a team or independently
