Job Description
Medical Office is looking for a Medical Administrative Assistant at an established Healthcare company! In these uncertain times, it’s refreshing to have some job security! The Medical Administrative Assistant will be responsible for:
-Answer a high volume of calls
-Insurance verifications and copays
-Assist with prescription refills
-Update patient records
-Scheduling
-Additional Administrative tasks as necessary
Job Requirements
No experience is necessary, we are willing to train the right candidates with good customer service skills. However, prior experience in a medical office or other administrative office is preferred. Salary is based upon experience and performance.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
