Responsibilities/Expectations:
  • Collaborates with business partners to implement technology that transforms the business
  • Develops cloud-based applications
  • Builds mobile and web applications to improve user efficiency and improves operational processes
  • Serves as liaison between the IT development group and business for the development and implementation of new systems and improvement of existing systems
  • Translates business requirements into technical specifications to formulate technical solutions that conform to standards
  • Demonstrates learning agility in an encouraging team
  • Other duties as assigned
Education/Years of Experience:
  • Required: Vocational/Technical/ Business School and a minimum of 8-10 years software development experience
  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science or related field.
Other Requirements:
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
  • Needs basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and PC skills
  • Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Azure, C#, .Net, iOS mobile development with Xamarin
  • Preferred: Experience with Visual Studio, xCode, GIT, SSIS, SQL Server, Oracle, SQLite, .NET Core, Entity Framework, PowerShell, BASH, Mac OS, RESTful API, TypeScript, and JavaScript
  • Expert-level proficiency in relevant programming languages, frameworks, and technologies
  • Deep understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies
  • Experience with crafting scalable and maintainable software systems
  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in guiding technical teams
  • Proficiency in querying and crafting databases
  • Demonstrates outstanding organizational/communication skills and safety as the utmost priority
