Responsibilities We are seeking a Network Operations Technician or Engineer to support a network providing network monitoring and outage support to our U.S. Navy Customer. The role involves creating incident tickets, troubleshooting network related incidents, coordinating repair efforts for network outages, and providing technical assistance in the areas of network infrastructure installation, maintenance, and support. Create and resolve incident cases using BMC Remedy ITSM Monitor and maintain a network supporting emergency services and first responders Update customers and government representatives on network issues Perform root cause analysis, problem determination, and support of technical issues related to network infrastructure Qualifications What you'll need: BS and 2 Years, or HS+ 6 years of applicable experience Active DoD Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a TS Must obtain Comptia Security + certification and a networking certification within specified timeframes Desired Experience: Active CCNA, JNCIA certification or other networking certification Proficiency in Network Monitoring Good analytical skills and experience with troubleshooting techniques Reliable self-starter with the ability to work in a team environment Salary Range $66,000 - $106,000 Peraton
