We are a growing cleaning company in NYC that prides itself on quality, professionalism, and exceeding customer expectations.

Description: Overnight Street Furniture Cleaner/Inspector

Hours: Full-time (40 hours) / We work 7 days per week available

Night Shift : Shifts may range from 8:00 PM and 6:00 AM

Must : Be confident using technology. We use several phone and iPad apps.

Must: Have own vehicle you can use with company reimbursing mileage expenses with tracking software.

Overview:

· Performs a variety of general cleaning tasks or disinfection to maintain public transportation vehicles, building lobbies, streets, medical patient rooms, offices, hallways, and other assigned areas of the building facility.

Responsibilities:

· Clean benches, bike racks, and electronic signs. 

· Remove graffiti and stickers from assets.

· Inspect and report each asset cleaned.

· Maintain all company electronics and equipment.

· Drive company vehicle safely and respectfully.

· Complete a set amount of inspections per shift.

· Communicate with the supervisor and dispatcher to ensure the accuracy of inspections.

· Strong work ethic and the ability to be on time consistently.

· Attention to detail

· Willingness to learn

Physically Fit Requirements :

· Position requires prolonged periods of standing, reaching, lifting, and walking throughout the working day.

· The position requires you to stoop, bend, lift, and carry items for short distances weighing up to 30 pounds.

· The position will require you to walk up to 10 flights of stairs throughout the shift.

· The position will require you to walk up to 5 miles throughout the shift.

Past Experience:

· Janitorial: 1 year (Required)

· Commercial cleaning: 1 year (Required)

· Inspection/Reporting: 1 year (Required)

· Computer and phone apps: 1 year (Required)

Pay : $24.00 per hour

Language & Education

· Read, Write, Speak English (Required)

· High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
