This role is for experienced recruiters.
Are you a results-driven, dynamic individual with a passion for growth and community involvement? Home Instead is looking for a Recruiter to join our team and support a large area in Tennessee.
As the Recruiter, you'll be responsible for finding top Care Professional talent through online platforms, walk-ins, and community networking. You'll also focus on developing strategies to keep our Care Professionals engaged and satisfied in their roles.

What You'll Do:
- Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
- Expeditiously schedule and conduct interviews. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Attends and participates in job fairs and recruiting sessions.
- Select new Care Pros based on organizational requirements while meeting minimum acceptable performance standards in both quantity and quality.
- Following the Home Instead Senior Care Standards; conduct reference checks, criminal background and motor vehicle check, etc.
- Coordinate and schedule new Care Pro orientation with Branch.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience (preferred)
- 4+ years of successful high-volume recruiting experience required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships
- Sound judgment, good decision-making, and self-motivation
- Action-oriented and focused on results
