Director of Operations Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years' experience as a Director of Operations or a Multi-Unit General Manager in a high-volume, upscale restaurant group
• Strong business acumen with ability to recognize P&L opportunities and increase profitability
• Strong outgoing leader that creates an atmosphere where people feel valued
• A servant leader that works with his team and drives performance
• The ability to work within a structured environment and think creatively and independently
• Manage with a strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex situations
• Build and develop strong professional relationships with the team and the guests
• Be an active and visible part of the local business community
• Develop systems, processes and strategies to grow the business and it's reputation
• Collaborate with leadership and the management team to grow sales, profitability and guest satisfaction
