Job Description
Responsible for tow configurations, drop-offs, pick-ups, and duties of other crew members.
Overseeing the work of the crew members, (Deckhands and Mates).
Has direct control and responsibility of the boat, barges, and crew members.
Uses radar to determine the geographic position of the vessel for safe Navigation.
Coordinates the activities of crew members responsible for signaling devices, such as the vessel's whistle, flash light, flags, and radio to signal vessels in vicinity.
