Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and friendly Sales Associates to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the proper and efficient operation of the station during your shift, ensuring increased profitability and growth of the store, and meeting our customers needs every step of the way.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

• Greet every customer with a smile and sincere greeting.
• Provide the best customer experience by assisting customers in locating products and making recommendations.
• Suggest possible purchases and promote specials.
• Execute One Energys customer service program at the site level.

Sales Operations:

• Handle point-of-sale transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure proper monitoring and accounting for all cash on hand.
• Maintain product knowledge and suggest complementary products to enhance the shopping experience.
• Keep records of special orders and monitor merchandise levels.

Store Maintenance:

• Maintain a neat and clean store appearance, including cleaning windows, counters, shelves, pumps, and bathrooms.
• Ensure safety and security of the store, adhering to environmental and hazardous material regulations.
• Document and report any accidents or incidents that occur.
• Assist in floor moves, display maintenance, and store housekeeping.

Inventory Management:

• Restock products, monitor merchandise levels.
• Track inventory accurately and notify management when items are low.

Qualifications:

• Ability to read, understand, and write the English language.
• Validating identification for tobacco and alcohol sales as required.
• Can lift up to 30 pounds and perform general housekeeping duties.
• Ability to remain calm and follow procedures in emergencies.
• Tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.
• Work in various temperature environments (coolers, outside, and in-store).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 50 pounds and access all areas of the store.
• Prolonged periods of standing, sitting, and working on a computer.
• Ensure physical maintenance, safety, cleanliness, and attractiveness of store facilities.
