Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Spa Receptionist to join our luxury spa team in Houston. The Spa Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional customer service while managing appointments, handling inquiries, and maintaining the spa’s welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients warmly upon arrival.
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments using spa software.
Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries via email and in person.
Process payments, issue receipts, and manage the cash register.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Provide detailed information about spa services, treatments, and promotions.
Assist with retail sales of skincare and beauty products.
Coordinate with spa therapists and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
Address and resolve client concerns in a professional manner.
Uphold spa policies and ensure a serene environment for all guests.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in a spa, salon, or hospitality setting preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Proficiency in appointment scheduling software (experience with SQUARE is a plus).
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Professional demeanor with excellent organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of spa treatments and wellness services is a plus.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
