DESCRIPTION

As a Senior Supply Chain Manager at Amazon Flex, you'll be at the forefront of optimizing delivery operations in some of our most challenging markets - rural and super-rural areas. This strategic position requires you to wear multiple hats, balancing the intricate demands of network optimization with the need to enhance both delivery partner and customer experiences.
Your day-to-day will involve spearheading initiatives that strengthen our network capacity and streamline operations. You'll be the bridge between various teams - from Business and Operations to Product and Tech - ensuring that all aspects of the supply chain work in harmony. Your decisions and implementations will directly impact thousands of delivery partners and customers, making this role crucial to Amazon's commitment to being Earth's most customer-centric company.
In essence, you'll be a key architect in shaping the future of Amazon Flex's rural delivery network, balancing operational excellence with customer satisfaction, while ensuring our delivery partners have what they need to succeed.
