Remote, Candidate Must Be Local to CO, The candidate can work remotely but must live and work within Colorado.

Equipment: Individual will need to be able to use their own device, work with Google products.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday



• 4-6 hours per day

Technical Writer (Notifications Delivery)

We are seeking a technical writer to work with our IT Service Management team in, creating and posting notifications for ITIL processes. This work requires a detail-oriented focus and the ability to cross-reference multiple documents to ensure the information is accurate. This position will require interaction with multiple individuals through-out the Client organization.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in marketing and communications



• Experience in technical writing



• Experience in the Information Technology industry preferred



• Bachelor's degree in English, communications, journalism, or related field, or equivalent experience



• Self-starter with ability to improve documentation process



• Proficient in English grammar, usage, mechanics, and composition



• Excellent verbal and written communication skills



• Strong attention to detail and the ability to cross-check for errors



• Strong interpersonal communication skills



• Familiarity with Google office products (Gmail, Calendar, Google Docs) preferred
