You’re not eligible if you will graduate before the program start date; exceptions are permitted if you’re continuing your education in the semester immediately following. Must have and maintain a 3.0 cumulative grade point average (GPA) or better at the time of application, throughout the application process, and for the duration of the internship program. Also, failing the polygraph or background investigation will likely negatively affect future employment opportunities with the U.S. intelligence community and any other federal agency. Pass a urinalysis drug test. Once these steps are successfully completed, you will be subjected to a comprehensive background investigation, including a credit and criminal history check, as well as interviews with: Prior employers Coworkers Personal associates Family members Friends Chosen references You may be disqualified from selection or removed from employment depending on the information obtained during this background investigation.
