PAY:$16.00Per Hour SCHEDULE:Full-Time, Monday Friday; 2:00AM 10:30AM, and rotating Saturdays for a couple hours PERKS OF THE JOB:Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, company paid life insurance, 401(k)and PTO Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming shipments. Unload, sort, and store products in designated warehouse locations. Prepare outgoing orders by picking, packing, and labeling items accurately. Conduct inventory counts and assist with cycle counting activities. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks in a safe manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, adhering to safety protocols. Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications. Collaborate with team lead and team members to fulfill orders and meet productivity targets. Assist in identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding inventory management and safety guidelines. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in warehouse operations is a plus. Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred. Ability to lift and move heavy items, standing for extended periods, and perform physically demanding tasks. Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, and hand trucks. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory handling and recordkeeping. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Willingness to follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean working environment.
