Home Heating & Cooling is looking for a friendly, reliable Weekend Community Outreach Rep to help us connect with homeowners in Bend and surrounding neighborhoods. This is a perfect role for someone semi-retired or looking for a low-stress, social part-time job- especially if you enjoy being outdoors, chatting with folks, and doing work that actually helps people.

You'll spend a few hours on weekends representing our company at a local Lowe's booth or walking around friendly neighborhoods, introducing people to the benefits of cleaner air and more comfortable homes. No sales pressure. No HVAC experience needed. Just real conversations, honest information, and a friendly smile.

We help homeowners breathe easier and stay comfortable, and we do it with respect, integrity, and pride in our work.

What You'll Be Doing

• Greeting people at our booth inside local Lowe's stores
• Walking friendly neighborhoods and starting casual conversations
• Sharing information about our HVAC and indoor air quality services
• Booking appointments for our service team (no hard selling)
• Tracking your conversations and passing along interested leads
• Attending occasional training and team meetings

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable talking with people face-to-face
• Enjoys being outdoors and staying active
• Professional, friendly, and trustworthy
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Live within 25 miles of Bend
• Able to pass background check and drug screening (including marijuana)

Compensation & Perks

• $20 - $25/hour base pay, depending on experience
• Additional bonuses for appointments booked
• Part-time, Weekends only - great for retirees or anyone needing flexible weekend hours
