Agile Scrum Master

Sev1Tech is seeking an Agile Scrum Master to support the Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic (NIWC Atlantic) Expeditionary Enterprise Systems and Services (E2S2) Division. NIWC Atlantic provides design, acquisition, and sustainment services for Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) Information Technology (IT) systems. Other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Active Top Secret or Higher-Level Security Clearance.
• 10 years professional experience solving technical problems. Trained in the skills and techniques related to engineering and/or software design/maintenance.
• Possess a practical understanding of engineering concepts. Ensures that the product/service and process meet quality and safety standards.
• Experience testing equipment to make sure that the process operates effectively and safely.
• Individuals shall be able to interpret plans and drawings and contribute to the design and fabrication of test specimens. Should have experience in computer aided drafting (CAD), ability to prepare shop drawings for model construction, and be familiar with material specifications and fabrication methods.
• Develop solutions to problems.
• While preparing recommendations, understand the nature of the organization, the relationship it has with others in the Government, and its internal organization and culture.

Available for minimal travel - Approximately one week-long trip per quarter (CONUS)

• Experience with Communicating technical details to stakeholders

• Organized and can keep team organized
