We are looking for a resourceful and organized Personal Injury Claims Adjuster to help us research, collect and analyze data for all aspects of personal injury claims, from initial intake to final settlement. This includes investigating claims, negotiating with claimants and their attorneys, and managing the settlement process. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of personal injury claims case management and insurance claims adjusting. Job Duties: Investigate personal injury claims Negotiate with claimants and their attorneys Manage the settlement process Prepare and submit research and case reports Stay up-to-date on changes in personal injury law and the insurance industry Ideal Background: 3+ years of experience in the insurance claims adjusting experience Experience in personal injury claims research and case management Excellent communication and negotiation skills Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field Hyperdrive Recruiting
